My grandchildren love to be read to at bedtime and just about any other time. The quiet time spent reading with our little ones snuggled in their bedding or curled up in our laps throughout the day are precious moments in time. Our children and grandchildren will one day get too big for our laps or too old to be read to at bedtime but they will never get too big or too old to forget the closeness, the fun, and the laughter shared through reading.


Children's books are a timeless gift. They are loved now and they will be loved by future generations of our families too. I feel very sentimental when I read a storybook to my grandchildren that I read to my own children when they were young.
