Carrot Bars for Easter


My daughter just called for this recipe.

It reminded me of what a perfect dessert it is for Easter.

It is a no fail recipe that is absolutely delicious!

    Well, it's too late for Easter, but I think I'll make these for one of my card-playing get-togethers--minus the bunnies, of course.
