There's been some baking going on in Grandma Shelley's kitchen this Valentine's Day. Chocolate Eclairs and home baked chocolate chip cookies topped with fudge icing and a fun heart of pink and red sprinkles stenciled on the top to make them extra special for this Valentine's Day.
Chocolate Eclairs are so good and no one should ever be afraid of making them. They are really very easy to make. They are perfect for so many occasions. The ingredients are inexpensive and ones that you probably have in your pantry right now. I plan to do a "how to" posting with pictures and step by step instructions to show you just how easily you can impress your friends!
